Hello thanks for tuning in I hope you enjoy the video,
In this video I will be turning a chunk of oak fire wood, I was able to get 2 small bowls out of this piece of firewood, I just couldn’t bring myself to throw it in the furnace, I noticed some ripples in the side of one part and suspected their might be some cool looking grain in it,
I couldn’t figure out if it was red oak or white oak or some other kind of oak I know there is a few different ones and couldn’t put my finger on which it was so if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate your thoughts on what it may be.
