We start in Townsville and experience the ongoing wet weather event, but we still get to walk along The Strand and take you to Jezzine Fort. We then move 90 minutes north and stay in a fantastic $15 RV camp. We use this as our base to explore the coastal towns of Forrest Beach, Taylor’s Beach and Lucinda. We take a drive to Cardwell, along the forest drive, and check out some amazing swimming holes. Then it’s a trip back to Ingham where we walk around Tyto Wetlands and take you to Australia’s longest single drop waterfall in flood!
There is lots to check out in this episode, and plenty of ideas to add to your list when doing the lap of Australia!
