LED Light Strip Bad Ground Fixed On Ram 1500

OK peeps a quick one from Dwoodog. Took me a few to figure this out as I’m no automotive guy. The light strip on the front stopped working, and since it was spliced in to the left and right signal lights it threw up an error on the dash saying turn signal not working. Well the turn signals still did work. The green flash indicators on the inside blinked fast, needless to say I was like seriously……WTF is wrong now?!?!?
Well turned out bad ground on the (I assume amazon) LED light strip. Tracked it down, did a cut and splice and all good. I’ll leave a link here to the light strip.
Light strip looks exactly like what I have.
