◆Ingredients 材料 ◆
1 Large Can Stewed Pork Slices 红烧扣肉
200g Lotus Root 莲藕
2 tbsp Shallot Oil 炸葱油
30g Dried Shrimps 虾米
300g Rice Flour 粘米粉
30g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
30g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
½ tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
1 tsp Sugar 白糖
1 tsp Salt 盐
600ml Water 清水
1 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油
*120g Shallots 小红葱
*100ml Cooking Oil 食用油
★ Stewed Pork Gravy 扣肉汁
★ 1 tsp Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
★ 2 tbsp Water 清水
Red Chili 红辣椒
Scallions 青葱
Fried Shallot 油葱酥
