An aboriginal man who wrote in response to how in Australia the 26th January is celebrated as Australia Day. A day which should otherwise be used to pay respect and or acknowledge the wars fought where many aboriginal people lost their lives, families and land.
Steven Oliver is an actor, poet and writer who has written and starred in ABC's Black Comedy. Steven is an R U OK Ambassador and an activist who through his craft has created many thought provoking pieces in trying to educate, engage and empower particularly with aboriginal rights.
