HOW TO MAKE THE POP UP BALLOON BIRTHDAY CARD - from Cricut Design Space. A quick tutorial to show you how to assemble the card once you have cut all the pieces cut out. This card doesn't take long to cut on the Cricut Maker and actually only a few different mats to load. This is a fun card to make and I will certainly be making more of them.
