The lake effect snow band moved South overnight and hit the Hamburg region and all of Western NY. The winds were gusting over 40 mph and the snow accumulated over 4" within the hour from when it began. All night the winds howled and rocked the area. Snow drifts buried vehicles that weren't already buried by record snows.
