Docket No. 2025-023 Cause No. 132-77 – In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action of OVINTIV USA INC. for an order pooling interests, including the compulsory pooling of the interests of certain non-consenting owners in the Alice 13-7 4-3-18-19-7H Well, in the drilling unit established for the production of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Lower Green River-Wasatch Formations comprised of all of Sections 18 and 19, Township 4 South, Range 3 West, U.S.M., Duchesne County, Utah

Docket No. 2025-024 Cause No. 132-78 – In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action of OVINTIV USA INC. for an order pooling interests, including the compulsory pooling of the interests of certain non-consenting owners in the Phillip 13-7 4-4-13-24-1H Well, in the drilling unit established for the production of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Lower Green River-Wasatch Formations comprised of all of Sections 13 and 24, Township 4 South, Range 4 West, U.S.M., Duchesne County, Utah
