Sanko Inari Shrine is an historic shrine, located at the foot of Inuyama castle.
At Sanko Inari Shrine, people write wishes for love, whether it’s finding a soulmate, confessing feelings, or deepening a relationship, by writing their wishes on these adorable pink heart-shaped ema and dedicating them to the shrine.
The shrine has become well-known as a “power spot” for love.
Sanko Inari Shrine also has a pond called the “Zeniarai ike”, the money washing pond, which is said to make you wealthier!
They say that if you wash your money in the sacred water of the pond, your fortune will grow, and that keeping the washed money will ensure that your family will prosper for many generations to come.
