A new lean to side Extension, due to it having a basement I had to go down over 2 metres deep and I also had to put in a ground beam due to the sandy soil. I also was asked provide two wind posts as there was no returns on the building, these were all added by the Building Inspector. This is a nightmare if you haven't priced for theses!!!
