Where Winds Meet instantly stood out to me because they are focusing on systems instead of just showing a pretty map. NPC routines, multiple martial arts sets, traversal abilities, and quests that do not lock you to one solution. This looks like an RPG that actually respects player choice.
From unique Wuxia movement to handcrafted regions filled with secrets, this world feels like more than a screenshot machine. This is the kind of open world RPG that could actually surprise a lot of people.
