At the same time, he cannot rule out that such a step will be necessary. His relations with the federal center are, to put it mildly, difficult and at some point they can quickly deteriorate. It is better to be on guard here. And in general, you need to be ready to jump back the moment everything falls apart”, Abbas Gallyamov said.

According to him, this is where Islam comes in handy. If you voice your complaints about the Kremlin in religious terms, then the negativity associated with the fact that “he betrayed Putin, to whom he swore allegiance,” will be leveled out. Putin is Putin, but everyone knows that Kadyrov is religious and religion is a more significant factor for him than all the others. In short, Allah is more important than Putin. Loyalty to the first makes disloyalty to the second possible.

“I think Putin understands all this. That is why he kisses the Koran in the presence of the Chechen leader. To make it harder for him to accuse the feds of “disrespect” for Islam”, Abbas Gallyamov added.
