Magnum staff completing a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Level 2, on a project with IBC-3000 Bulk Bag filling and filled pallet transfer system.
For the FAT level 2 test, the system equipment was set up, sequenced, and function tested as close to the design layout as possible. A digital video was sent to the customer.
The project tested was specifically designed with a 20-pallet dispensing system:
• Empty pallet staging conveyor
• IBC-3000 bulk bag filler for increased-length bulk bags
• Bag inflation
• Filled bag densification and forward moving bag hanging system with operator platform due to bag length
• Filled bulk bag discharge and accumulation conveyor system sequenced to keep pickup and removal active point
Magnum Systems IBC-3000 fills intermediate bulk containers (bulk bags and tote boxes). It can be a standalone unit or a complete interactive system from pallet dispensing, filling, indexing, discharge, accumulation, and pickup for removal.
