December 3rd and the snow is gone so it's time to start grazing the fall cover crops in Minnesota. Look how green it is! Mix of the cover is Winter Rye, Oats, Radish, and Turnips.
Update: As of January 19th the Cows are still Grazing this farm and there are 42 cows out there currently. We should have brought more but incase of bad storm and needing to haul them home we decided this was a manageable number of cows.
