Hi! I’m Firoozeh
Today in our peaceful Iranian village, we prepared two homemade delights:
Caper Pickles (Torshi Kabaris) – made from handpicked wild caper buds. Caper is a powerful medicinal herb known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, and is traditionally used to support liver health and digestion.
And a classic Persian dish: meat patties (Kotlet)—a hearty mix of ground beef, potatoes, onions, and spices, pan-fried until golden.
This is how we live close to nature—preserving wild herbs and cooking from the heart.
