Some notable technical aspects:

The heating system with boiler is supported by a pellet boiler, the volumetric and perimeter alarm system with cameras and the systems are up to standard, with certification.

Tutti i mattoni utilizzati per l’abitazione, tanto negli esterni quanto per le mura di recinzione e le finiture, sono migliaia di “pezzi unici” del 1700/1800 tagliati a mano. La Copertura, anch’essa in c.a. con doppio massetto e coibentazione, è protetta integralmente da Coppi ottocenteschi. L’importante principale portone d’ingresso è un Pezzo del 1800, che introduce ad eleganti ambienti di buona altezza interna, con pavimenti in originale pietra antica tagliata a mano nelle zone giorno, e parquet Afromosia con intarsi nelle camere. Soggiorno con travi antiche in legno e mattoni decorati, infissi in legno massello doppia guarnizione e vetrocamera, con serramenti di sicurezza, zanzariere e grate in ferro anticate fatte a mano, porte interne in legno massello inizi ‘900.
