The kit also comes with a Ford Performance ProCal Tool with new CPU calibrations to instantly realize gains of up to 21 horsepower and 40 ft.-lbs. of torque. The best part? The Ford Performance Power Pack 2 is 50-state legal and is ideal for both automatic and manual-equipped Mustangs.
