Cactus & Succulent Shopping at the 2025 Fall Plant Sale | Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix

The Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix hosts one of Arizona’s biggest cactus and succulent events each year — the 2025 Fall Plant Sale! This marks our 6th DBG plant sale video, continuing a long tradition of exploring one of the best desert plant events in the state. This visit was extra special because for the first time, I was able to go on a Friday, since the sale happened to coincide with my day off from work. Instead of relaxing, I spent the morning doing what I love most — sharing the cactus and succulent shopping experience with you!

Join me as we explore the event tents filled with incredible desert plants, rare cacti, and unique succulents grown by various growers. Even if you couldn’t attend, this video brings you right into the heart of the sale.

These semi-annual plant sales occur in the parking lot of the Desert Botanical garden outside of the garden entrance. You must book a free ticket to attend - it's how the garden manages parking capacity. These plant sales typically occur in March and October every year and it is one of the major fundraising events for the garden. DBG members get a 10% discount off all plants purchased.
