Sometimes we like things we don't understand and we like to call them odd. That's almost always a good sign. Miuccia Prada took over her family business, went from steam trunks to nylon backpacks and revolutionised the fashion industry within a few years. It was not easy to convince the 90's that after years of Galliano and Lacroix, it was finally time for the future. Rebellion, feminism and art. Fighting the establishment with finest materials, now with an add on called Raf Simons.
I'm analysing her instinctively driven design work and the relevance of the architectural expression. And why everything that's good must be odd.
