During my live shows, I include a lot of storytelling about The #OverviewEffect, including audio recordings of my interviews with astronauts throughout the last several years. The Overview Effect has been the inspiration of my work and philosophy since 2016 and I find it really special to share in this way.

I’ve decided I will end the new live show with this ode to gratitude. Nicole has spent a lot of time staring out the Shuttle and Space Station windows, gazing back at Earth and contemplating the profound and practical lessons. Here, she brings the message home and reminds us that we live in paradise. Working on this has offered a beautiful reminder to take a look around with eyes open. When I do, the gratitude easily flows.
