Ayyyy, how many subs do I lose for using Monarch cards?

So I built this deck with the word "budget" in mind. I should be able to make this in real life if Pre-Prep and Blue Eyes isn't too expensive. Archfiend Eccentrick though...

So I'll go over a few card choices:

Jinzo
He's like the dark horse. So good against backrow bitches. And hes also a free monster if people MST your Call of the Haunted. Being a level 6 DARK, he's easy to use in this deck.

Caius
He's more or less just a filler. You can trade it him for any card, but I wanted to have one more DARK level 6 monster and he was a good choice. Angmar is nice as well, but that required me to run multiples of certain Spells which I didn't want to do. I tried out Delg, the Dark Monarch as well, but he didn't sit well with me. Maybe Tour Bus would be nice?

Jinzo - Jector
Has decent defence that you can sit behind. It can instantly summon a Jinzo, but even if it doesn't, the knowledge of what set cards your opponent has can give you quite the advantage. Knowledge is power.

Edea, the Heavenly Squire
I had wanted a way to recycle the banished cards and Edea was the only good option. Since he's a level 1 LIGHT, he was easy to integrate into the deck and it worked out better than I expected. The deck doesn't really mind not being able to Special from the Extra deck anyway, so you benefit from both effects. The Special Summoned Eccentrick can also be used to destroy Edea if you need to add one of your banished Monarch spells.

rip Infinity

Instant Fusion
Dewloren. Also so that I can get the Fusion effect of Dreamland.

-Strike of the Monarchs
I mainly use Strike for its grave effect. You can banish it and make everything LIGHT for Decisive Armor, though alternatively you can make Norden a LIGHT for Ma'at or everything a WATER for Dewloren. It's rather versatile and fun to use.

Monarchs Stormforth
The ultimate bluff card. 99% guaranteed that the opposing Infinity will negate it, even if you can't actually tribute summon anything.

Dreamland
I really like this card for some reason. Maybe because of its artwork or its super fun effect. It can help you level climb into Decisive Armor more easily, but it's also free level fodder for Level Eater. It also screws over Xyz decks and big monsters that can't be targeted.

Dragons Bind
Pretty much shuts down a lot of Pendulum decks. Your ideal target is a Saffira that was summoned using Djinn, but White Spirit Dragon is also a good target.

The Primordial Monarch
The synergy is strong with this card. Becomes a LIGHT Fairy type monster, exactly what Ma'at needs. The 2400 DEF is nothing to laugh at either and the fact that it summons itself as a level 5. So good.

That's pretty much it for the maindeck. It was originally a Blue Eyes deck but I swapped out most of the cards for a Monarch engine instead. It now has a bit of difficulty with getting out a LIGHT Dragon for Ma'at, but you rarely ever draw Ma'at to begin with anyway, so all is good.

Psyframe Omega was good as well, puts back all the Monarch spells and Hymns, but he was rarely ever summoned. Plus, it's so expensivveee.

You can swap out a Veiler for Ghost Ogre but, again, budget deck.

I don't think there's too much else to say. I really like this deck so hopefully I'll be able to play with it a bit in real life before things start to get hit. I have nobody to play with though, #foreveralone.
