Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best salsa verde y roja; like the ones you find at any taco shop!!!! Let me tell you it’s seriously the best !!! One thing I learned is that they don’t add tomato, cilantro or onion, they keep it very simple and that’s what makes them unique! It all makes sense now😅 cilantro and onion in the side 😎

Tip: let both salsas sit for at least 20 mins 😉 also the salsa roja is going to be spicy, you can definitely add tomatoes and tomatillos but you will definitely end with a different salsa another way you can use chile japonés blend with guajillo 😉also blend until you only see the seeds from the chiles, in the video I didn’t blend all the way, it’s still the best but if you don’t want to have the little pellejitos (chile peel) blend all the way! DONT add more water, it will change the consistency of the salsa 😉


Ingredients:
🌶Salsa roja:
25 Chile árbol
1-2 garlic cloves
Salt

🌶salsa verde
5 Tomatillos
1-2 jalapeños/seedsno peppers
1-2 garlic cloves
1 tsp fresh lime juice
Salt
1 serving of love 💕
