BAS® Plastic Non-Ferrous Metal Separation Application

BAS® Plastic Flake Non-Ferrous Metal Separation with BECS-800-48-WD High Frequency Eddy Current Separator.

In this application empurite included PET Flake raw material fed to ferrous & non-ferrous separator that BAS® ECS-EC-48-WD. Model has concentric drum and 48 pole magnetism with max 3.600 rpm speed. For ferrous metal separation also used high intensity magnetic drum separator that combined here.

In the video can be clearly seen aluminum empurites' behaviours in eddy current and separation method in exact application.
