220g white flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
113g unsalted butter (melted)
50g light brown sugar
100g white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
100g white chocolate chips
60g fresh raspberries (roughly chopped)
topping (to drizzle):
50g white chocolate chips (melted)
bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
