Strategy:
Step 1: Zhong Li shield up to unga bunga
Step 2: ???
Step 3: Profit!
1st phase: Ignore everything, just run up to the boss and DPS down
2nd phase: Build up your bursts again and collect crystals that fall on the ground every so often. When the gauge is full on your floating robot, activate it and hit the boss with it. You need to do this twice. Just avoid circles on ground and the boss will have rush attacks where the boss runs through twice. Wait to see the pattern before using your shots!
3rd phase: After shield is down, the boss deploys a turret and 3 floating robots while it charges an attack that will kill your on-field character. You need to destroy these with not-electro or hydro elements. I just shield up and use Nahida to kill them. Her charge attack will reach the fliers, Kazuha works too. Collect the crystals from the dead robots and shoot before the boss uses it's wipe mechanic. The boss will get stunned and a platform will appear near it's face. You need to zip to the platform and then just DPS the boss down.
