Why is this HAPPENING with the Bots in Dead by Daylight?

This caught me right off guard, I've never seen a bot act this way! What are the devs ignoring that the bots are playing this way? Are they just ignoring the issues with the bots? Or do they just not know about it? Dead by Daylight needs to have strong bots in the game to support the team when somebody disconnects and quits. This is an essential part of the team success, to making sure there's always four in the game! But if the bots are doing this then what's the poing, am I right?
