Witnesses are accusing federal officials of misleading the public about the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti, saying Pretti — an ICE protester and licensed gun owner fatally shot by a federal agent in Minneapolis — may not have posed a threat and was not seen holding or threatening to use a weapon.
