Tastiest Lebanese Cabbage Rolls Ingredients:
• 1 Cabbage roll
Filling ingredients:
• 1 pound ground beef
• 2 cups medium size rice (washed 4 times)
• 8 cloves minced garlic
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons “7 spice” or “all spice”
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 2 tablespoons dried mint
• ½ teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• ¼ cup olive oil
Sauce ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil to cote bottom of pot
• 4 cups of vegetable stock, can use beef or chicken stock
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 tablespoons dry mint
• ¼ cup of lemon juice (add after 1 hour of slow cooking)
