In the series of Tokyo Ghoul there exists a predator to humanity. A carnivorous humanoid species referred to as the Ghoul. Due to the existence of the ghoul, humanity would create the Commission of Counter Ghoul in other words the CCG. A government sponsored organization that employs investigators to eliminate all of ghoulkind. With some ghouls being more dangerous to combat than others, a rating system would be created starting from C and ending at triple S. With triple S being reserved for ghouls who are usually so powerful that they’re considered to be walking calamities, and the most that investigators can do in their presence is pray for survival.
