Long-EZ N916WP - 2nd-to-Final Major Project Update

The building of Long-EZ N916WP. This video is one that I had planned on making around New Years 2023 but was thrown a curve ball when I discovered my exhaust pipes (and many engine components) simply did not fit into my lower carbon fiber cowling. It took me well over 6 months of working with the original exhaust system maker to realize that I was on my own, after which I finally found a race car header welder that would/could weld 321 stainless steel (literally after dozens of phone calls).

In addition, I had to do a radical rebuild of my lower cowling (both sides) to provide not only the required clearance for the exhaust pipes, but for other engine components as well.

Yes, it's been a crazy past year and a half designing, re-designing and cramming all these engine components into such a tight space. But the heavy lifting is over, and I'm ready to finish up this bird!
