Japan's biggest, well-loved discount chain store, Don Don Donki (also known as Don Quijote) has opened its first store in Malaysia! For those who have travelled to Japan, Don Don Donki is most definitely not an unfamiliar name. This huge chain store with its iconic, adorable blue penguin mascot has over 160 stores across Japan, all of which are stocked with shelves and shelves of Japanese snacks, wide-variety of food items, clothing, groceries, beauty products, clothing, and all sorts of merchandise! The moment you step into one, it's easy for you to lose track of time as you navigate its ceiling to floor shelves full of goodies.

Jonetz by Don Don Donki in Tropicana Gardens Mall is currently the largest in the country, spanning over 3,924 square metres across two levels. This is the first outlet in Selangor and officially opened its doors on Dec 10 at 10am. The store is located on Level CC and Level G of the mall and is open from 10am till 12am every single day of the year. The Tropicana Gardens outlet has introduced a dine-in area on the second floor so customers can enjoy their meals at the outlet itself. So be sure to come on an empty stomach to enjoy the wide selection of sushi, bento and sashimi here.
