Supporting Adults with a Learning Disability to have Better Lives: the importance of co-production

This outcomes and improvement framework was commissioned by the LGA and the Association of Directors of Adult Services from Alder Advice working with a steering group including sector led improvement staff, a director of adult social services, experienced staff from the learning disability sector and a representative of family carers of people with a learning disability.
