INGREDIENTS :
400 g parboiled noodles
4 eggs (scrambled)
1½ capsicum (any color)
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 sliced onion
1 cup (2 nos) chopped carrots
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. chopped ginger
2 green chilies chopped
2-3 tbsp. schzwan sauce
1 tbsp. pepper powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili sauce
salt to taste
Butter & Oil
METHOD :
Boil noodles adding oil to not get stick noodles, once done, drain the excess water and keep it aside to cool. Chop all the veggies and keep aside.
Crack eggs, season with pepper, salt and whisk in a mixing ball. Heat some oil in a pan, add egg mixture and keep eggs gently moving, wait until the eggs begin to set . Once done set aside.
In the cooking vessel, Heat 3-4 tbsp. oil and 1 cube butter. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add the ginger-garlic green chili chopped and fry for some time.
Then add chopped carrot and salute for 1 minute, add the onions, capsicum, cabbage and salt, stir the veggies mix on a high flame. Add schzwan sauce stir-fry the ingredients for some time , add the salt, pepper powder and mix well.
Add the boiled noodles and gently mix well. add tomato sauce, chili sauce, garam masala and give a good mix and done
Serve hot and Enjoy!
