Is It Time To Sell The LEGO?

I am thinking of selling my entire LEGO Star Wars collection, but it isn't as simple as that.
I have to think, would the money go to doubling up the LEGO city? Shall I sell majority of it to free up the space and use the cash to develop something else in my LEGO room or do I keep it for it to sit and collect dust as I may regret the decision and it would cost more to get it all back in the future?

I do need your suggestion on what I should do as I am running out of time to make this decision as I would like to fund a huge potential summer project in the LEGO room.
