This classic puzzle has been around for many years, and is one of my favorites. The challenge is to assemble a cube from six different shape pieces, plus one dowel.
I would consider this puzzle to be a level 4 out of 5 challenge on my personal scale... meaning a good solution time may exceed an hour.
I've seen this puzzle featured in many different sizes and mediums. My favorite is the two-tone wood, shown here.
