How Do You Know When Concrete Is Fully Cured?

The most simple answer to this question is 28 days. It takes 28 days for concrete to FULLY cure, 100%. It will harden much faster but a full cure of the concrete takes 28 days. It has a very predictable time scale for curing.

You can have a pretty good idea of how hard or cured the concrete is three days after pouring it, seven days after pouring it, and at 28 days, you know it is fully cured and has reached maximum strength. At day 3, concrete has reached about 40% strength, at day 7 it has reached about 65-70%, and at day 28, it has achieved 100% strength and has completed the curing process.
