450 g stewing steak, trimmed
100g kidney
1 onion diced
2 tbsp plain flour
Salt&pepper
26 floz stock (3 cubes)
bay leaf x3
Pepper

suet pastry recipe
225 g (8 oz) Self raising Flour
110 g (4 oz)Atora shredded suet
150 ml (1/4 pint) water
