1) Ingredients
· Main ingredients: 2 cups red pepper powder, 1/2 cup starch, 2/3 cup soju(or whiskey), 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon salt
2) Basic information
· Cooking time: 60 minutes
3) How to make
01. Put chili powder in a blender and grind it to make it fine powder.
02. Mix red pepper powder with grain syrup(Any syrup is okay), soju(or whiskey), water, and salt in a bowl.
2. Food information
· Storage method: Store at room temperature or refrigerator.
