Nova Scotia drone flight location guide 2022

As drone technology improves and the cost of a decent drone has significantly decreased, more and more people are getting into the hobby. With the addition of sub 250g drones (Mavic Mini) that are exempt from registration and license, folks are flying them with impunity.

I wanted to create this video as a quick overview of the key locations that you can not fly a drone with out an advanced certificate and permission. This video will help locate helipads, airports, prisons, national parks and provincial parks. This video is just a guide and I strongly recommend doing more research if you plan on flying somewhere ambiguous.
