Mega Man is one of the most exciting characters and 3rd party fighters to join Super Smash Bros, but his move set, while remaining faithful visually, doesn't rock and encourages play that is quite different from how he plays in the Mega Man series - playing more like if you gave Zangief balls to throw at enemies so he could rush in and grab them.
A few simple changes would make him feel a lot better and play more faithfully, so I'd like to go over what I believe would make him the best representation of himself and his series.
