In todays video, I dig into the GM 12 bolt rear axle on project McMurray, my 1967 Chevrolet C10 short box. The spider gears in the carrier are completely worn out from all the one wheel burnouts. I removed the spider gears and install a Spartan Locker. This inexpensive upgrade will solve two problems, worn out parts and weak burnouts. Once the locker is in, I finished the rear end off with some new drum brakes. New rear brakes is a worth while upgrade after a vehicle has been sitting for many years.
