Edifier TWS1 PRO2 Faulty Earphones Replaced by Techland BD

Edifier TWS1 PRO2 was the 3rd TWS earphone that I used and compared to the First Two (QCY and PistonBuds), it was a big step-up in terms of sound quality, balance of Bass and treble. But unfortunately after using it for 2 months, I don't know why One of the earphones were showed offline every time I connected with my phone or my laptop. At first I thought it's a simple problem, maybe a hard reset would do the job, but it didn't and all of my extensive browsing about finding a solution for this problem didn't really help me. Suddenly I remembered that the shop that I purchased it from, Techland BD, they have given me a One year warranty. So, I contacted them and they responded very quickly via WhatsApp, gave me the address where to send the faulty product and promised me to give me a good solution within 10 days. They kept their promise and replaced my faulty device with a completely sealed new product. It shouldn't be that much surprising but to me it was because I never got such swift response from any online-based shops. So, Thanks to Techland BD for this and also Edifier for replacing the unit.
