46 weeks to go.
🏊♀️ 1.6 mi swim
🚴♀️ 32.5 mi bike
🏃♀️ 11.46 mi run
💪 3 strength sessions
🧘♀️ 2.25 hours yoga
Best workout: Bike intervals. Felt like a badass and upped my FTP.
Hardest workout: 90-minute long run. Foot hurt but I pushed through.
Three weeks down. 46 to go.
