Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. Fainting = Death
2. Only catch the first eligible Pokémon on each route
3. Nickname Pokémon
(Nicknames chosen from Patreon members, YouTube commenters, and Twitch chatters)
4. No items in battle but held items are okay
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4's ace (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on "Set" battle mode

Extra Fun and Time Saving Rules:
7. EVs off and IVs maxed when possible
8. I'm allowed to switch any nature to "serious"
9. Rare candy or exp candy leveling is allowed
10. Shinies = Used if I caught that species as an eligible encounter
11. Fakemon = I can choose my encounter instead of it being random
12. Statics = I can trade my encounter for it
13. Difficulty rom whiteout = attempt over. Story whiteout = continue with leftovers
