There is not much information on the tube about this - so here is a quick review.
My well water has about 1-2ppm Iron II and Manganese II dissolved ions and the Filox and water softener systems were not removing it all as I was getting rust stains when the ions oxidise to Iron III with exposure to air.
I am injecting Hydrogen Peroxide solution (H2O2) at 3% (30,000 ppm) at about .5 CM3 per gallon (ish) to oxidise it all before it hits the filters.
The water meter sends pulses twice a gallon to the pump, (basically shorts the wires mechanically) which triggers the pump which I programed to 5 seconds at 31%
I bought the Stenner pump and Carlon water meter from Cannon Water ( https://cannonwater.com/ ) Dave - the owner was very helpful - pump and meter were about $550.
It is easy to do and basically - add the hydrogen peroxide (bought on Amazon) until I was getting about 5ppm H2O2 after mixing it in.
Water quality is fantastic - couldn't find anyone to do it (for a reasonable price - if at all) so did it myself!
