This is the full video of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Handforth Parish Council Planning and Environment Committee held at 7:00pm on the 10th December 2020, kicking off the row between Mrs Jackie Weaver (Clerking the meeting) and Cllr Brian Tolver, Chair of the Handforth Parish Council (AKA Handforth PC Clerk).

Skip to 2:20 for the arrival of the first guest, Roger Small, and skip to around 10:30 for the arrival of the main characters. The meeting begins at 18:05, which is when the drama really starts.

It is the prequel to the famous Extraordinary Meeting of the Handforth Parish Council held at 7:30pm on the 10th December 2020.

Also featuring: Cllrs Susan Moore (Vice‐Chair of the Planning and Environment Committee); Aled Brewerton (AKA Aled's iPad); Barry Burkhill; Cynthia Samson (AKA Cyn); and John Smith.
