Here is a Regiss RG-260FW industrial ceiling fan. This fan was actually dangerous since the canopies was twisted when you turn on or off the switch or turn any speeds on a regulator. It is impossible to change any speeds because the knob was lost. The lower canopy of this fan was raised up.
