A nice surprise here, Dillon's Flugelhorn with Red Brass bell. Priced presently at only $475 (link below), I believe it's one of the better flugel's I've played - especially as far as intonation goes. I think it's patterned closely after Yamaha's well-liked 631 flugel. At any rate - it's a great value, a LOT of flugel for the money. Played first with a Marcinkiewicz 7 FLD, then by a Curry FL.
