此為耀東邨第四期，五座住宅大廈的其中一座，其中三座住宅（耀興、昌、輝樓）設有四部升降機，耀明樓設有三部升降機，耀貴樓則只設有兩部升降機，其中耀興樓因與山坡接近而選用和諧三A型，故亦成為整個耀東邨範圍唯一一座在高層區應用Miconic V Dynatron MV型（而非與其他採用和諧三B或三C型的座數，而全數均為迅達Miconic B Dynatron S型），全數升降機均於2012年改裝至改裝至符合屋宇署《設計手冊：暢通無阻的通道 2008》的要求，並配備通力電子「自動樓層發聲器」及DM系LED點樓層顯示器。
