The recipe is a Yummy healthy truffle recipe and you will be very surprised by the wonderful taste. In my healthy Chocolate truffle recipe there are, among other things, Dates. There is a difference in how fresh they are. Sometimes they are a little dry and therefore you can add a little water to the dough if you think it should be softer. I use a blender to make the dough, if you don't have one, you can easily chop it with a knife. I have tried and it can be done. I dip all the truffles in dark chocolate, as it is the healthiest chocolate. When you dip your truffles, you should shake off as much of the chocolate as possible, so that only a thin layer remains. I get 32 ​​healthy truffles from this recipe and have calculated that there are about 2 grams of fat and 40 calories in one truffle. So it is a great alternative to other cakes with a lot of butter, sugar and cream.
